The Paperwork
Once you have decided that you want to apply for residence the next stage of the process is to complete an application pack. Our application documents can be downloaded below or obtained by contacting us via our contact us page or, if you prefer, by calling the Newark Care offices on 0141 621 2560. Our application document comes in five parts which can be found at the bottom of this page.
Please Note – The Medical Certificate is to be completed by the applicant’s own GP or hospital consultant.
Once the documents have been completed and returned to Newark Care you will receive a written acknowledgement that we have received them. Where there are no immediate vacancies in the Home of your choice the applicant’s details will be placed on our waiting list.
