During the process of applying for a place in one of our care homes, a Social Worker will invariably carry out an assessment on you to determine what level of care you will require. Your prospective Care Home Manager is also available for consultation on this subject.
Shortly after you first take residence at one of our Homes, your care and support needs will be assessed, discussed, and developed into an agreed Care Plan. You can find more detail on what this involves under our Planning for your Care section.
